I earned my bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the
University of West Florida and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
in the state of Florida.

My career began at a local public accounting firm, where I
gained hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns. I
also managed bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax compliance for a diverse
portfolio of clients.

Following my time with the local accounting firm, I joined the
Internal Revenue Service as a Field Auditor (Internal Revenue Agent). During my
tenure at the IRS, I conducted in-depth audits of small businesses across
various industries. This role gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how the IRS
operates and what triggers audits. I also served as a trainer for newly hired
revenue agents, helping them develop the skills necessary for effective
auditing. In my final year, I worked in the Special Enforcement Program, focusing
on complex cases involving potential fraud and unreported income.

After years of public service, I’ve returned to private
practice with a mission: to use the insights and tax-saving strategies I
developed at the IRS to help individuals and businesses navigate the tax
landscape with confidence and clarity.
